1 . DMS camera installation
DSM cameras can detect and alert unsafe driving behaviors .  By detecting changes in the eyes and face    identify all unsafe driving behaviors of the driver while driving   and provide corresponding voice prompts accordingly 
Unsafe driving behaviors include :
a .  Fatigue :  yawning   closing eyes
b .  Make a phone call
c .  Distracted driving :  looking left and right    looking down
d .  Smoking
e .  Driver anomaly :  The driver has left the driver's line of sight

The selection of installation location for DMS cameras should be based on the following principles :
Installation location : It is recommended to install it on the center console or instrument panel   as shown in Figure 1
Installation angle : It is recommended to ensure that the angle is within 30 ° to the right in front of the driver    and the smaller the angle  the better    as shown in Figure 2

Installation distance :  The distance between the camera and the face ranges from 60cm to 120cm    and it is recommended to install it at a position of about 80cm

Ensure that the face is in the center of the DMS camera (can be confirmed through the mobile app)
Ensure that the DMS camera does not obstruct the driver's line of sight or interfere with the driver's vision

Ensure that the distance between the DMS camera and the driver's face is not obstructed by other debris such as the steering wheel
The DMS camera needs to be kept horizontal on both sides and cannot be tilted
Under the above conditions    the smaller the deviation angle between the DMS camera and the driver's front face    the better  and it is best to face the driver directly

1) Detecting pedestrians or bicycles in blind spots
a . The longitudinal distance of pedestrians or bicycles in the detection area within the screen
b . The lateral distance of pedestrians or bicycles in the detection area within the screen
c . Pedestrians or bicycles entering the detection screen from the rear
d . Pedestrians or bicycles entering the detection screen from the side
e . Pedestrians or bicycles entering the detection screen head - on
2) After detecting that pedestrians are too close    sound and light alarms will be broadcasted to remind drivers and pedestrians to pay attention to safety
3) The BSD camera is a starlight camera    displaying in full color at night  .
a .  Lateral BSD cameras are generally used on medium to large vehicle models with large blind spots    such as dump trucks    large trucks    and mixer trucks .  When installing    the camera should be installed at the edge of the blind spot closest to the back (lateral BSD is recommended to be installed at the right rear)    In order to better detect pedestrians in the blind spot    the installation position should be about 1.8 meters above the ground   and the camera angle should be adjusted to slightly face outward and downward   so that the image can cover most of the blind spot and the vehicle body accounts for no more than 25% of the image  .

b . The forward facing BSD camera is also applied to large vehicles    and is generally installed on the cover above the driver's windshield    with the installation position as centered as possible  .
The extension cable of the camera should be routed from below the vehicle and fixed through the frame itself    without interfering with the truck bucket or mixing tank    to avoid affecting the wire during unloading or mixing . 

c . The sound and light alarm should be installed outside the passenger seat     near the car window    so that the voice broadcast can be more clearly received by pedestrians     while also allowing the driver to hear the alarm sound .
