a . Lateral BSD cameras are generally used on medium to large vehicle models with large blind spots  such as dump trucks   large trucks   and mixer trucks  . When installing   the camera should be installed at the edge of the blind spot that is closest to the back (lateral BSD is recommended to be installed at the right rear)  . In order to better detect pedestrians in the blind spot   the installation position should be about 1.8 meters above the ground  and the camera angle should be adjusted to slightly face outward and downward  so that the image can cover most of the blind spot and the vehicle body accounts for less than 25% of the image .
